things we are trying to do all the time:
- be safe
things we can’t help but do all the time:
- second-guess ourselves
- behave impulsively and reactively
- take everything personally
- worry
- worry
- worry
- have…
so while a lot of this is true, I do want to point out that nobody is obligated to make me feel comfortable at their own expense - the world doesn’t revolve around my and my anxiety. Nobody is obligated to be an expert on my disorder. It’s weird, it manifests differently from person to person, and what works for someone might be downright condescending for another. While these are useful tips, I do kinda feel like this is asking a lot of people ._.
